YamanoteYamanote is a poster project born in Tokyo, created in collaboration with Julien Mercier. We decided to explore Tokyo by following the Yamanote line that loops through downtown Tokyo, stopping at all 29 stations to create two posters that present parallel visions inspired by the local neighbourhood of each station. Then carefully select a venue in close vicinity to each station to showcase their one-time small-scale exhibition.

YamanoteYamanote est un projet de design de posters basé à Tokyo et créé en collaboration avec Julien Mercier. Nous avons décider d’explorer Tokyo en suivant la ligne de train Yamanote qui tourne tout autour de la ville, et en créant un poster pour chaque station qui compose cette ligne. A chaque station, nous organisons une exposition temporaire dans un lieu proche de la gare et présentons nos posters créés pour l’occasion.

YamanoteYamanoteは同じくグラフィックデザイナーのJulien Mercierとコラボして生まれたポスタープロジェクトです。JR山手線の全29駅に止まり、それぞれが各駅にインスパイアされたイメージを異なる視点でポスターに表現しています。また駅周辺を実際に歩き、その土地にぴったりな場所を選び、1日限りの小規模な展覧会も開催しています。
